HANAC, Inc is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Unit Supervisor seeking to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a unit of 4 Case Planners and 1 Case Aide. The supervisor will assist the Quality Assurance/Improvement Manager and the Program Director in identifying staff training needs and developing/implementing in-service training. They will monitor casework contacts, review and approve FASPs, Closing Plan Amendments, progress notes, and psychosocial assessments, and ensure timely data entry in PROMIS and Connections. The supervisor will maintain a supervision log, conduct monthly case reviews, and ensure compliance with quality standards. They will participate in Family Team Conferences, assist in facilitating conferences when needed, provide guidance on safety and risk decisions, and evaluate supervisees.
Work Schedule: Full Time, in person, must work two late nights per week, 12pm-8pm, for coverage (on call required).

Salary: $75,000 Annually

Major Functions/Accountabilities:
- Weekly clinical /administrative supervision of a unit of social worker/case planners.
- Assess training needs of social worker’s/case planners.
- Conduct performance monitoring and evaluation of staff members on team.
- Provide Disciplinary Action in consultation with Supervisor and Program Director.
- Maintain case oversight and assure quality of case planning services.
- Maintain accounting of case availability of team and assign cases within team in consultation with the Program Director.
- Monitor services provided assuring team compliance with regulations, procedural guidelines and best practice standards.
- Supervisory oversight of case records and timely completion of required paperwork/case plans to assure compliance with program requirements.
- Compilation of all required statistical and evaluation data and reports for the team.
- Supervisor is a member of the COQI Team along with the Quality Assurance/Improvement Manager and the Program Director and actively participates in COQI activities.
- Fulfill supervisory training requirements as assigned, and all other duties as assigned by the Program Management.
- Attend in-service agency and ACS trainings as required.
- Attend meetings and conferences at other agencies or ACS on behalf of clients as assigned and as appropriate.
- Attend and Schedule Family Team Conferences according to ACS protocol/time intervals.
- Attend Mobility Mentoring Training.
- Manage Mobility Mentoring Data Collection for unit.
Qualifications:
- LMSW/LCSW/LMHC or related MH degree.
- Six years of experience working with families and children.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Supervisory experience or experience supervising a social work intern.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong command of English.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and with others to resolve issues and maintain composure and professionalism in an environment of changing and/or multiple priorities.
