As our Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of our maintenance offering, pricing, and sales processes. You will analyze maintenance offering performance, pricing data, and key business KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and propose concrete actions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Our Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist maintains sales, tendering, and pricing tools, ensuring sales teams have the resources needed to perform effectively. The role supports and trains sales teams in the use of sales management, tendering, and sales tools, while helping optimize sales team structures and responsibilities based on local business characteristics and market needs.
The Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist supports sales planning activities by analyzing internal and external market data, contributing to the development of high-quality sales plans and collecting customer and competitor insights. The role also contributes to local offering and pricing development initiatives, supports continuous improvement programs, and assists with the rollout of KONE Way sales programs.
In addition, the Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist supports the implementation of new products and releases, contributes to marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities, and develops materials that help communicate the benefits and advantages of KONE's maintenance offering. The role also supports demand planning and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment between frontline sales operations and supply functions, including repairs and spare parts planning.
