This position is located within the Transformation Practice Group in MGCC, which provides actionable reporting & BI reporting solutions. The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects and engagements with Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Report Operations QA Metrics and work closely with US Business - Claims QA SPOCs for validation and reporting
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for identified issues/risks to bring them to closure
- Support activities to ensure data analysis & reporting availability with 100% accuracy & timeliness
Skills
- Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision.
- Used to a fast pace of working and willing to commit to long working hours to achieve project deadlines when required.
- Good Team player
- Knowledge of Insurance domain will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Call Center Operations/systems would be an added advantage
Education
- Graduation from Tier 1/ Tier 2 College
Experience
- Overall experience of 7 - 8 years. Preferably 4 years of experience in Business Analysis and reporting role with extensive use of standard reporting and BI tools
