About the job
The Manufacturing Centre in Kolding covers four different production flows with about 400 employees.
As a Production Unit Manager, you will lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. You’ll drive continuous improvement, foster a strong team culture, and help us achieve operational excellence.
In order to deliver superior customer experience, you:
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage resources and production schedules
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality)
- Report on production performance and KPIs
What you know
