About the role

We’re looking for a Unit Claims Manager for our West Claims Training Team.
 

What you’ll do here:

• Oversee the review and enhancements of curricula and other tools created by consultants to ensure consistent quality, content, methodologies, and style.
• Work with training consultants to leverage multiple delivery methods to ensure training is easy to consume from varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with learning & development partners across the country, continually work to streamline training tools and methods.
• Track and drive measures of success including the review of participants feedback to identify improvements for course content.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs, while also staying current on trends happening within the business to anticipate business needs.
• Develop a high-performing culture where team members can demonstrate their best abilities.
• Encourage diversity of thought and integrate expertise across the team to provide holistic support.

What you bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Leadership Role or in a Learning & Development Role (L&D).
• Demonstrates a high level of curiosity.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work productively in highly collaborative settings.
• Highly innovative and creative in approach to accomplish work.
• Can remain connected to the business.
• Deliver solutions that balance operational reality and strategic priorities.
