Description and Requirements
Basic Function:
- The incumbent shall be required to support on organization's strategic priorities as a lead or supporting role. In any means, the role requires to moderate critical decisions or discussions related to org strategy.
- Since most of the strategies are driven from data & facts, the incumbent shall be responsible for organization level key reporting & data requirements, work closely with leadership team/ senior management and share data insights & recommendations.
- The roles would require creating high impact presentations and report-outs for management consumption on critical decision makings.
- The role is close to business excellence areas of expertise with strategic mindset at overall organization level, not at process level.
Basic requirement
Technical Skills:
- Strong data analytical skill
- Excellent communication, experience in working with management preferred (with Directors, VPs etc.)
- Lean six sigma knowledge/ quality assurance background/ knowledge preferred.
- Data management & reporting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & Power BI
- Good power point skills
Soft skills:
- Good in art of moderating & concluding discussions.
- Good change management.
- Eye for detail
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
- Develops relationships with clients internal / external.
Other requirements
- Graduation (Mandatory).
- Black belt/ Green belt certified/ trained with 1-2 closed projects.
- MBA (optional)
