The Unit Manager of the Rapid Cycle Testing team will lead a small team of sales agents who focus on testing new products and processes before they're rolled out to the sales floor. Using your FDR Sales knowledge, leadership experience and your analytical ability, you will act as the bridge between the Product and Sales teams.
This position reports to our Director, Sales Operations and will collaborate closely with all levels of Sales leadership as well as with the Product, Engineering, and BI teams to advance a high-performance sales environment that puts the needs of our clients first and promotes our Core Values.
Work remotely from home (in/near Tempe, AZ). For certain projects, this role will have a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, AZ.
What you'll do:
- Sales point of contact for SUIP project
- Assist Sales leadership in rolling out processes and changes
- Work with Sales leadership on key initiatives
- Assist Sales Operations with SOP's
- Work with Product team to ensure systems build aligns with the Sales leadership team's vision
- Help prioritize bugs, enhancements and features
- Work with BI to ensure we have the correct reporting for "go live"
- User acceptance testing before deployments and monitor the floor for validation or escalations that require attention.
- Provide Sales leadership and Product Owners timely feedback
- Help test and manage new processes and marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating prospect insights and Communicator highlights
- Meet with Sales leadership and Debt Consultants to solicit feedback
- Manage current system projects and future system projects
- Host Sales leadership and Product collaboration meetings
- Work with Sales Operations on to create communication and messaging for Sales floor
- Review reports, identifying trends and areas of opportunity
- Assist in onboarding new hires slack channels/ end to end demo's
- Assist IT and internal services with after-hours deployments
- Partner with Director, Sales Operations on projects
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager in FDR Sales or Debt Consultants with leadership experience.
- Familiarity with Adherence and Conformance standards employed by Workforce Management in an inbound call center environment.
- Strong understanding of Freedom's systems (Communicator, SUIP, Grafana) and sales process
- Schedule flexibility within operating hours - Willing to work weekends, opening or closing shifts depending on the product release requirements
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- High-level analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude and maintain composure under stress.
- Self-starter, capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing workload - all while advancing the priorities of the broader FDR Sales Leadership Team.
- Currently WFH but some in office is required for certain projects. Needs to be in the Phoenix-Tempe metro area.
