Sell personal loans to warm leads through phone-based consultations, closing applications within one to two calls. Manage up to 20 active transactions, identify customer financial needs, explain loan solutions, maintain accurate CRM records, and exceed sales performance targets. The role requires an eight-hour Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday shift, including one weekend day, with remote or hybrid work and in-person training in Tempe, Arizona.

Provide empathetic phone and email support to members for onboarding, account setup, and ongoing inquiries. Listen, troubleshoot, document interactions, collaborate with team, and maintain high call volumes while coaching members toward financial solutions.

Manages audit, regulatory examination, and due diligence requests from intake through resolution. Coordinates business partners, auditors, examiners, and regulators; tracks deadlines and remediation of findings; reviews responses for completeness; identifies and escalates risks; monitors regulatory changes; and contributes to compliance reporting and management responses.
