Responsibilities include coaching, training, performance management, sales reporting, process improvement, delegation, and collaboration with sales support teams. The role requires mortgage sales leadership experience, active NMLS registration, applicable state licensing, and knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.

Close personal loan sales from warm leads within one to two calls, manage up to 20 active transactions, identify customer needs, explain loan solutions, maintain accurate CRM records, and exceed sales targets. The role requires inside sales expertise, commission-based closing experience, weekend availability, and temporary onsite training in Tempe, Arizona. Work is hybrid in the Phoenix area and remote in Texas and Florida.
