Sell loan products to existing clients through high-volume outbound calls and persuasive consultations. Manage a pipeline of approximately 200 warm leads in Salesforce, conduct needs-based discovery, follow up consistently, and meet monthly schedule, utilization, sales, and performance goals. The role is hybrid in Tempe, Arizona, with required training onsite and office attendance several times monthly.

Leads and supervises mortgage advisor sales agents, driving sales goals, compliance, productivity, and operational efficiency. Coaches team members, monitors KPIs and activity reports, ensures adherence to underwriting and application standards, delegates responsibilities, and partners with sales leadership on improvement initiatives. Requires active NMLS registration, mortgage licensing eligibility, extensive mortgage and consultative sales experience, call center leadership, and knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan programs.

Provide empathetic customer support to members through phone and email, assisting with onboarding, account setup, questions, and financial-product guidance. Document interactions accurately, handle high-volume inbound calls, collaborate with teammates, and help members progress toward their financial goals. The role is fully remote with optional office access in Tempe, Arizona, and offers career progression opportunities.
