We’re seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN to lead one of our skilled nursing units. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring staff, driving clinical excellence, and being actively involved in fast-paced SNF environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily clinical operations of an assigned SNF Unit
- Provide hands-on clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices
- Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation accuracy, and care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and surveys with confidence
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of SNF or long-term care experience (Unit Manager or charge experience preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and staff development

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
1. Licensed nurse in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
2. Previous nursing management or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
4. Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prolonged periods standing, walking, working and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending
2. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
3. Must be able to move 150 pounds with assistance
Skills Required
- Active RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
