Position Summary
Basic Function
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities for Sales Compensation Admin. area for both onshore and offshore processes.
ü Work in close coordination with Sales, Service, Stateside & GOSC teams
• Design new process to support products/metrics
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Essential Functions
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify right methodology/approach for projects.
• Re-baseline the metrics
Process Reengineering:
• Create process map and value stream map for new product modify existing processes that may not be working appropriately.
• Design right metrics to gage process health for different areas.
• Identify automation opportunities.
Data analysis:
• 'Not In Good Order' analysis for offshore
• Re-baselining of metrics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
• Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience
• Professional with 9-10 years of work experience in processing engineering and business excellence
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Experience in Insurance Operations
• Lean Six Sigma project execution experience.
• Advanced Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
• Expert ability to analyze gaps and with root cause analysis and further solution to best partner with Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills such as relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing.
• Must possess expert planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with senior leadership / business partners / customers, both locally and globally
• Expert in MS excel, MS power point, MS Visio and Minitab.
• Strong presentation skills and decision-making ability
• Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
• Good Knowledge of project management, planning, Risk Management, Customer Engagement and Stake-holder Management
• Power BI knowledge preferred
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

- Manager / Sr. Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support as well as Associate / FLM / Team development.
- Manager / Sr. Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Sr. Manager and monthly evaluation of performance.
- Stateside team for the purpose of reporting performance, clarifying concerns, identifying opportunities, supporting projects and seeking feedback and support
