Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, promoting partnership and collaboration across functions to strengthen team performance and achieve shared goals.
- First point of contact for employees & managers who provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Support a diverse client portfolio spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Materials, Quality, and Programs in a P&L modeled environment.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of HR practices and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- This role includes direct people leadership responsibility, with accountability for coaching, development, and performance management.
- People KPI owner for client group, including regular operating reviews, problem solving and action planning.
- Facilitates change management and culture development in partnership with leadership team
- Acts as focal with acquisition integration team and Unison leadership
- Will partner with leaders and people analytics to build strategic workforce plans for Intergalactic and Engineering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience - roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management
