Job Description
- Lead the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of enterprise Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms.
- Manage and support large-scale Cisco UC environments including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Contact Center solutions.
- Maintain and optimize SIP trunking, SBCs, voice gateways, and telephony infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft Teams Voice integration, Direct Routing, and telephony migration initiatives.
- Administer call recording and workforce optimization platforms including NICE and Verint solutions.
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
- Act as L3/L4 escalation point for critical voice and contact center incidents.
- Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders on strategic communication initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, operational, and availability requirements.
- Lead vendor engagements, support contracts, and technology roadmap planning.
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration.
- 5+ years managing Cisco Unified Communications environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- CUCM
- Cisco Unity
- Cisco UCCX or UCCE
- SIP Trunks
- SBCs
- Voice Gateways
- Experience supporting enterprise contact center technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice or Direct Routing.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across voice, telephony, collaboration, and contact center environments.
