Provides administrative and operational support to the underwriting team by preparing documentation, managing data entry, and facilitating the quote and policy process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and timely service delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process underwriting documentation accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist underwriters by gathering required information and supporting documentation from brokers or clients.
• Perform data entry for policy and quote information into internal systems with attention to accuracy.
• Monitor and track status of submissions and renewals to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to underwriting processes and documentation.
• Maintain organized records and files for all underwriting transactions and submissions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to resolve data or processing issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
