Provide operational support for nonpayment notice, premium finance and loss run processing as needed. Create policy documents, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain electronic underwriting files, and provide basic operational support.
Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess notices of cancellation and reinstatements for delinquent accounts. Create policy documents.
Process and email loss runs.
Process and distribute return mail to underwriters.
Distribute premium finance notices to underwriters.
Assist with maintenance of multiple email inboxes and work queues.
Provide back-up support for other Operations Assistants as needed.
Maintain electronic underwriting file.
Provide basic operational support.
Typically requires a high school diploma; Associates degree preferred
2+ years of related experience for consideration
Microsoft Excel skills required.
[OR] equivalent level of education and experience
Ability to follow operations procedures as outlined by the Operations Supervisor/Manager.
Ability to meet processing deadlines with minimal error.
Ability to manage a variety of projects, both long- and short-term simultaneously.
Ability to use database software including Windows operating systems, computer network environment and printers to process insurance policy changes.
