Work Environment: Hybrid/On-site in Philadelphia

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Intern to join the team.  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Summer Intern. The Philadelphia office is home to Dual’s Energy and Workers Compensation programs. Intern will spend time with each program.

Essential Functions:

  • Support underwriters in evaluating insurance applications.

  • Learn about risk assessments and pricing.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date records.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support.

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):

  • Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.

  • Majoring in risk management, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Basic understanding of insurance principles is a plus.
