Worker Type: Contingent Worker
The purpose of this role is to support underwriters in reviewing documents, processing applications, and determining acceptance or rejection based on company guidelines. Additionally, the role involves assisting with underwriting various products, triaging inquiries, preparing underwriting information, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Support underwriting administrative tasks assigned by Underwriters
- Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries.
- Support Underwriters in the use of internal systems
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases.
- Support Underwriters in research work
Work Experience:
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Some underwriting experience in the insurance business, including relevant policy documentation handling. Open to candidates who are experienced with administrative work.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Diploma/A Level certification.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
