- Provide daily support to our national underwriting teams.
- Issue, code, calculate premiums, and invoice bonds with accuracy and timeliness.
- Bill additional and return premiums to ensure proper file closure.
- Assist with underwriting (electronic) file maintenance and underwriting audit support needs.
- Obtain and organize credit reports, corporate state filings, and contractor license information for new submissions.
- Research and help resolve billing and account current discrepancies.
- Send letters and forms on behalf of Underwriters, maintaining professional correspondence.
- Prioritize and manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide backup support to team members across multiple locations as needed.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Typically requires a high school diploma. Associate's degree a plus.
