Job Responsibilities and Training Opportunities:
Our summer intern will work on both new business and retention efforts within our underwriting appetite while also reporting on key business development analytics that assist our team in strategizing for growth.
With direct supervision from CM&F's Underwriting Manager, our summer intern will be trained on topics such as Underwriting Rating Methodologies, Qualifying Healthcare Risks, Consultative Selling Techniques, and Business Development Strategy.

Schedule and Office Location:
30 hour work week (Hybrid)
Schedule: 9 am-5 pm EST

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $24/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
