We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Ultra-low Latency Trading Solution Developer.

Join the Ultra-Low Latency & Exchange Connectivity Team and help build the technology that powers electronic trading across the region. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, highly technical environment where platform performance, reliability, and client/exchange connectivity are critical.

The team is responsible for:

  • Core trading infrastructure

  • New platform development and rollout

  • Client integration across electronic trading channels

Speedway provides low-latency, high-frequency, co-location trading capabilities for our quantitative client base, giving this role direct exposure to one of the most performance-sensitive areas of the business.

You will help deliver high-performance software and hardware solutions that connect clients to exchanges and support both major exchange protocols and industry-standard FIX.

From day one, you will deepen your expertise in high-speed trading technology, gain exposure to colocation platforms, risk and control frameworks, and booking systems, and build strong domain knowledge in equity trading and market regulation. The role also offers close partnership with the MSET, Risk Managers and engineering teams across the organization - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning quickly, and working at the intersection of business and technology.

  • Strong knowledge of low-latency Linux distributed environments.

  • Solid C++ development skills.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python.

  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fast learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Strong time management and coordination skills.

  • High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
