Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases.
● Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
● Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
● Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.
● Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium.
● Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution.
● Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports, release notes, and process documentation.
● Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
● Provide production support for test issues reported by clients.
● Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
● BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT with 4+ years of experience in QA activities.
● Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.
● Expertise in manual and automation testing.
● Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing.
● Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
Skills Required
