As a UKG Ready Implementation TLM Solutions Consultant, you will provide expertise in the UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration to provide valuable support and solutions to our clients. This role works closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in developing customized solutions. With technical skills and a customer-focused approach, this position plays a key role in delivering high quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of progressive time and attendance implementation experience with demonstrated ownership of full life-cycle builds; UKG Ready required
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, state-specific overtime rules, and complex scheduling requirements
- Proven experience configuring time clocks, mobile punch, and geofencing/integration setups
- Experience serving senior care, healthcare, or PEO clients strongly preferred

Skills Required

- UKG Ready implementation experience
