Own Go Icon platform support for new and existing clients. Lead technical implementation, configuration, data validation, onboarding, user training, portal rollout, adoption monitoring, troubleshooting, and knowledge-base development. Partner with internal teams and Go Icon support, manage multiple implementations, improve playbooks, and share client feedback to enhance services and reporting.

Leads the design, scaling, measurement, implementation, and continuous improvement of life enrichment programs. Develops SOPs, playbooks, training materials, dashboards, and operational tools; manages client onboarding, rollout planning, adoption tracking, and handoffs. Partners with leadership on strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, growth opportunities, and client success while translating data insights into operational recommendations.

Manage delegated customer tasks through first-time resolution while supporting client engagement, satisfaction, escalations, and process improvement. Build trusted relationships with care-provider clients and provide reliable HR service support. Use HRIS and CRM platforms for customer management and reporting, along with Microsoft Office tools for communication and task tracking.

Implements client payroll services, serving as the initial payroll contact and subject matter expert. Responsibilities include testing payroll modules and workflows, training clients and internal users, resolving issues, improving processes, and ensuring payroll compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll calculations, auditing, tax withholdings, wage deductions, timekeeping, HRIS platforms, and payroll regulations, with UKG Ready experience required.

Manage client relationships from onboarding through optimization, serving as the primary contact for HR services clients. Oversee account data and services, troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues, support UKG Ready configuration and optimization, collaborate internally to improve outcomes, and drive client satisfaction and retention. The role requires experience in client or account management, HR-related functions, and preferably senior living, PEO, or shared services environments.

Lead software implementation and customer onboarding projects for single- and multi-community deployments. Partner with customers, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, deliver training, support change management and user adoption, and ensure successful go-live and long-term customer success. Travel up to 20% for on-site onboarding, training, and go-live activities.

Owns post-implementation relationships for an assigned customer portfolio. Responsibilities include driving product adoption, providing training and strategic guidance, monitoring account health, identifying retention and growth opportunities, coordinating issue resolution and renewals, collecting feedback, maintaining customer records, and improving customer success processes. The role is fully remote with 20% travel.

Implement UKG Ready payroll systems end to end, configure and troubleshoot payroll functionality, and own audit and parallel payroll processes before go-live. Consult directly with clients, validate payroll accuracy, investigate discrepancies, document requirements, manage implementation timelines, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
