Build Procare HR’s product marketing foundation across intelligence, positioning, launches, and sales enablement. Use AI-assisted research to analyze market trends, buyer insights, and win/loss patterns; develop personas, messaging, competitive battlecards, launch frameworks, metrics, and sales tools. Lead enterprise software implementations across deployments involving five or more senior care communities. Manage executive stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors while overseeing project delivery, training, change management, user adoption, and strategic customer outcomes. The role requires strong communication, enterprise project management expertise, and proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and G Suite. Remote work is available, with travel of up to 20% for on-site rollouts.

Provide day-to-day HR casework for assigned senior living and long-term care clients, triage HR cases, interpret policies, support employee relations, and initially assist Client Engagement with reports, access management, and UKG navigation before transitioning to full HR Specialist duties.

Lead customer onboarding and implementations for senior living clients, managing projects from single-site to multi-site deployments. Coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors; design and deliver training, drive user adoption and change management, and support go-lives with up to 20% travel.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer and partner integrations. Manage cross-functional technical projects from kickoff through implementation, ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, create data mapping and documentation, liaise with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and improve implementation processes.

Serve as the primary client contact managing accounts from onboarding through optimization. Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance (including UKG Ready), collaborate internally, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Manage payroll processing and client relationships for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; act as primary payroll contact, resolve payroll issues, and use HRIS platforms to process multi-EIN, multi-state payrolls.
