Lead customer onboarding and implementations for senior living clients, managing projects from single-site to multi-site deployments. Coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors; design and deliver training, drive user adoption and change management, and support go-lives with up to 20% travel.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer and partner integrations. Manage cross-functional technical projects from kickoff through implementation, ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, create data mapping and documentation, liaise with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and improve implementation processes.

Serve as the primary client contact managing accounts from onboarding through optimization. Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance (including UKG Ready), collaborate internally, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Manage payroll processing and client relationships for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; act as primary payroll contact, resolve payroll issues, and use HRIS platforms to process multi-EIN, multi-state payrolls.

Remote Talent Acquisition Partner on the Procare CONNECT team responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, candidate engagement, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Works with HR systems and collaborates to execute hiring action plans; senior living experience preferred.

Manage day-to-day HR casework for assigned senior living and long-term care clients: triage cases, interpret policies, support employee relations. Initially support Client Engagement with report requests, checklist/access management, and UKG navigation before transitioning to full HR Specialist responsibilities.
