Implement UKG Ready payroll systems end to end, configure and troubleshoot payroll functionality, and own audit and parallel payroll processes before go-live. Consult directly with clients, validate payroll accuracy, investigate discrepancies, document requirements, manage implementation timelines, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provides customer and technical support for a SaaS platform serving senior living communities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, case-queue management, account provisioning and configuration, issue resolution, customer education, how-to documentation, instructional videos, support-site maintenance, and occasional customer training. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the primary advisor for senior living clients, translating resident engagement data into actionable recommendations. Coach life enrichment and executive teams, identify isolation and move-out risks, improve family and leadership visibility, develop interest-based programming pipelines, and deliver ROI reviews. Support clients with UKG Ready and HR operations while managing accounts, data, services, and ongoing client relationships.

Manage delegated customer tasks through first-time resolution while supporting client engagement, answering inquiries, managing escalations, improving processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role helps care providers feel supported and confident in their partnership with Procare HR. Responsibilities include customer management and reporting using HRIS and CRM platforms, as well as task tracking and communication through Microsoft Office tools.

Build Procare HR’s product marketing foundation across intelligence, positioning, launches, and sales enablement. Use AI-assisted research to analyze market trends, buyer insights, and win/loss patterns; develop personas, messaging, competitive battlecards, launch frameworks, metrics, and sales tools. The role emphasizes creating scalable playbooks and systems in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Lead customer onboarding and implementations for senior living clients, managing projects from single-site to multi-site deployments. Coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors; design and deliver training, drive user adoption and change management, and support go-lives with up to 20% travel.

Serve as the primary client contact managing accounts from onboarding through optimization. Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance (including UKG Ready), collaborate internally, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
