PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Associate Systems Analyst assists in ensuring suite of applications are fully leveraged for effective & efficient processes, supported by the Shared Services Technology team,.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1year UKG Workforce Pro analysis and configuration experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support (troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, etc.) to assigned systems, resolving end-user issues in a timely manner
- Perform operational administration of assigned systems
- Provide system documentation and test evidence
- Participate in the project planning process
- Participate in the identification of technical system and equipment requirements
- Assist in the development of accurate time estimates to support project requirements
- Assist in building presentations of proposed design solutions to users and management in a timely, comprehensive, and understandable manner.
- Participate in troubleshooting initiatives for issues that arise.
- Work to understand specific business processes, identifies and communicates resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology
- Detail oriented, flexible when faced with change, able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Effectively manage communications and expectations with internal and external stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintains self-motivation to learn and apply current technical knowledge and to understand CCHS functions.
- Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices. Reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
- Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or equivalent field. A combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- 1-3 years systems analysis and configuration experience
- 1-3 years UKG Workforce Pro analysis and configuration experience.
- Configuration experience in Workday a plus.
