Job Purpose

Astound Digital is seeking a high-caliber Sales Operations Associate to help propel our global commerce agency to the next level of success. This role serves as a critical pillar within our fast-growing organization, supporting a team that has delivered exceptional digital experiences for over 400 brands worldwide. You will thrive in a culture that champions professional growth, innovation, and a collaborative spirit while making a tangible impact on our sales and customer pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project management of key opportunities within the sales and customer success pipelines to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Manage the end-to-end creation of client offers by coordinating with subject matter experts to build value-based selling propositions. 
  • Maintain high data integrity by ensuring all critical information is entered accurately and promptly into internal systems. 
  • Support the administration and creation of contracts while actively participating in the negotiation process. 
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Sales and Client Success teams and their respective customer accounts. 
  • Execute essential administrative tasks related to client management to streamline operational workflows. 
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. 
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to track multiple moving parts simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of commercial sales cycles. 
  • Experience working effectively within diverse, international, and cross-functional teams. 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work results. 
  • Strong self-confidence and quick-wittedness when navigating complex professional scenarios. 
  • Genuine interest in digitalization and e-commerce with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends. 
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in our London office.
