What You’ll Do
- Work closely with product managers and business development stakeholders to research end-users’ needs and pain-points.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to iterate and validate design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to shape features ideas into the ideal implementation.
- Produce detailed UX+UI design specifications for the development team.
- Maintain a custom design system which enables us to work faster and be more consistent.
- Help drive product roadmap by contributing design-driven feature ideas.
What You Need For This Role
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
- Expertise in using Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and processes, highlighting your problem-solving skills and design thinking.
