We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to understand customer problems, key opportunities in your domain, and define both the long term UX vision and also short term releases that unlock customer value
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • Systems thinking, including using and contributing to a Design System and designing with a Platform-first approach
  • Advocate for great UX, inspiring your teams with a strong point of view about what's possible and aspirational for your product area
  • Identify user personas, model workflows, develop prototypes, and speak clearly to tradeoffs and design decisions in terms non-designers can understand and participate in
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Product Design experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Previous experience working in enterprise B2B systems on SaaS products
  • Expertise Figma andDesign systems required
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React skills will set you apart
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling user interfaces
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in UI/UX
