【What you’ll be doing】
- Design mockups and prototypes for product features based on UX methods.
- Build and follow design systems in product designing with other designers.
- Use data-informed decisions in your design and conduct user research, including
usability.
- Studies, participatory design, site visits, benchmark studies, heuristic evaluations, and similar approaches.
- Work closely with product manager and business team, providing merchants and
customers with awesome and intuitive solutions.
- Solve complex design problems for global markets.
【Who we are looking for】
- 3~5 years experience as a User Experience Designer or Interaction Designer.
- Experience designing SAAS systems, E-commerce systems, supply chain management systems, and other related industries is preferred.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and design ability, pursuing perfection with good patience.
- Proficient in UX user research methods and able to formulate design strategies based on research findings.
- Be able to emphasize details with organized writing skills in defining UX flow and UI specs.
- Be able to define and think more about your missions, instead of just following others' ideas.
- Work smart and efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English will be a plus.
