We’re looking for a senior UI/UX designer to join our growing design team at Future State, the company behind statecraft.tech — a digital solution that enables online communities to experiment with novel governance models, ultimately facilitating their evolution into Network States. You will play a key role in evolving our existing product, enhancing the UI and UX, and contributing to the design of new features as we scale. You will work closely with our technological team to refine and elevate the product’s design, with a stronger focus on UI excellence. You’ll help shape the look, feel, and usability of statecraft.tech as we prepare for broader adoption.
- Collaborate with our design team to improve the existing UX and UI of our product
- Collaborate on the visual design of new features from concept to implementation
- Turn ideas into concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and validate new ideas
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high design fidelity during implementation
- Continuously improve the product through user feedback and post-release iterations
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, backed by a strong portfolio
- Proven ability to design complex, high-loaded systems with multiple user inputs
- Strong sense for visual design, UI polish, and layout precision
- Advanced skills in interactive prototyping and user testing
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods to validate design decisions
- Solid understanding of design systems and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android, Material Design)
- Mastery of Figma (we live in it)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English for both written and verbal communication
