We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UIpath RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering innovative automation solutions. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Build, enhance, and implement RPA solutions and automations that integrate with external OCR/ICR tools to streamline workflows
Create intelligent, scalable automation systems through Python programming
Utilize SQL and relational database expertise to manage data-driven RPA processes
Lead the development and deployment of bots, ensuring high-quality, testable, and maintainable code
Collaborate in an Agile development environment, employing versioning and source control systems to manage project assets efficiently
Understand and analyze project requirements with the ability to deliver timely results
Raise issues and risks as soon as those are encountered, seeking help and participating in brainstorming sessions to resolve these issues and risks
What You’ll Need
Required:
UiARD certification
Minimum 4 years of RPA development experience in UI Path
Experience in developing RPAs across multiple domains such as Finance, HR, New Products, etc.
Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning with Python programming
Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience in the field of Bot development
Exposure to the integration with external OCR/ICR tools
Passionate about writing high quality code that is both testable and maintainable
Experience with versioning and source control systems
Experience in Agile development methodology
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Business Analysis, Infrastructure, and/or Security based certifications highly preferred
Manual and Automation testing experience highly preferred
Knowledge on programming languages such as C #, .NET or Java
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

$80,000 - $85,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
