About the Role:
Smartbridge is seeking a UiPath Developer with 2-4 years of experience in designing and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. The ideal candidate will have experience automating business processes and optimizing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Configure Attended & Unattended Bots and manage Orchestrator.
- Implement selectors, screen scraping, and UI automation techniques.
- Work with SQL, REST APIs, and JSON/XML for automation processes.
- Optimize existing RPA workflows and troubleshoot automation issues.
Technical Skills Required:
- UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Strong knowledge of Selectors, Activities, and Data Scraping.
- SQL knowledge for querying and data manipulation.
- C#, VB.NET, or Python for automation enhancements.
- Experience with document processing & AI integration in UiPath is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- UiPath certification preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.
- 100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
- 3-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.
Recruitment Process & Technical Testing:
- 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including:
- Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions.
- Technical Test – Covering SQL, UiPath-related questions, and possible coding.
