A UiPath Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, and ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Oversee the coding, testing, and debugging of RPA bots.
- Ensure automation solutions meet quality standards and operate as intended.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions align with business needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: Technical design documents, Process design documents, Process maps
- Identify and resolve issues during the development and deployment of RPA processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in RPA technologies and recommend improvements when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing RPA solutions.
- Total experience: 7–12 years
- Relevant UiPath experience: 5 years
- Team Lead experience: 4 years
- Proficiency in UiPath.
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, VBScript, and SQL is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
