Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the UIUX workstream and assigned module.
- Provide business requirements and designs align with UI/UX style guides and framework according to the Banking standard.
- Work within the multiple squads to design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Key contributors in ensuring design fit for targeted user personas.
- Bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business and Technology to derive UI/UX solutions.
- Clearly articulate and defend your design decisions in front of vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Presents design concepts at stakeholder review meetings and engage relevant meetings/sprints in order to come up with a better design.
- Implement design patterns, style guides and accessiblity guidelines, while contributing to their continuous improvement.
- Develop creative contents and translate communication into visual design for print and digital media. This includes logo, videos, brochures, website, social media graphic and more.
- Conduct user surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Analyse competitor products and identifying best practices and area for improvement
Qualifications : Candidate must possess a basic degree in any discipline.
Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years
Competencies/Skills:
Technical/Functional skills
- Acquire skillset and good graps of both UX and UI concepts
- Familiar with the use of Figma. This is mandatory
- Basic command of web technologies including HTML templates, CSS and JavaScript is mandatory
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Additional skills in video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are beneficial
- Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals
- Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
- Strong ability to graps the product vision, product goals and communicate them clearly and regularly to the team
- Solid design philosophy, deep understanding in user experience design as well as understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout techniques
- Able to lead demo sessions that show case product mockup/prototype
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and using lean/agile design practices.
- Caretake of project Brand's Guidelines and Design Assets
- Knowledge of current designs trends and best practices across digital and print media
- Strong follow up on all feedback and incorporate into design iterations
