Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs.
Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across dashboards.
Collaborate with global development teams to implement designs and support the delivery of production-ready dashboards.
Continuously improve dashboard layouts and data visualizations based on user feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree from 4 year university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field a must; Master Degree in STEM area of concentrate strongly preferred
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex data and requirements into clear, actionable visuals.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to work onsite in office a minimum of 4 days a week
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of agile project methodologies.
Understanding of data modeling concepts within Power BI.
