Job DescriptionUser-Centered Design:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas and user journeys to guide the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define project goals and requirements.
- Participate in product ideation sessions, contributing to the overall product strategy.
- Translate product goals into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Visual Design:
- Design polished and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Create interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product development
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
- Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience, and capabilities)
