Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its design talent pool and looking for creative and experienced UI/UX Designers to support digital products, enterprise applications and technology resource-augmentation engagements.
We are particularly interested in designers who can create intuitive, accessible and scalable user experiences for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Mid-Level UI/UX Designer: 3–5 Years
Senior UI/UX Designer: 5–8 Years

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions and requirement analysis.
- Translate business requirements into user journeys, information architecture and intuitive workflows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.
- Apply UX principles to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and QA teams.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
- Ensure consistency across screens, platforms and user journeys.
- Prepare design specifications and handoff materials for development teams.
- Review implemented interfaces and ensure alignment with approved designs.
Enterprise / Domain Exposure
Experience designing products or applications for:
- Banking & Digital Banking
- Fintech & Payment Platforms
- Telecom & Digital Services
- Insurance
- Enterprise / B2B Applications
- Customer Portals and Self-Service Platforms
Experience working with complex workflows, dashboards, transaction journeys, customer onboarding, authentication, approval workflows or data-intensive interfaces will be an advantage.
Senior-Level Expectations
Senior candidates will additionally be expected to:
- Lead UX strategy and design for complex products or modules.
- Establish and maintain design systems and standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide UX direction.
- Mentor Mid-Level and Junior designers.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders where required.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-centric experiences.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, CSE, HCI, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of professional UI/UX design experience, depending on level.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design and visual design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.
- Ability to work effectively with development and product teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required.
Preferred Skills
Figma | Design Systems | Prototyping | UX Research | Usability Testing | Information Architecture | Interaction Design | Responsive Design | Accessibility | Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with designing enterprise applications and regulated-industry products will be highly valued.
