About the role:
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive the creation of digital experiences for vehicle interfaces, including infotainment systems, dashboards, and mobile applications. You will transform concepts into polished designs and work with a talented team to deliver innovative, user-focused automotive solutions.
Team description:
You’ll join a team of UX/UI designers, engineers, and automotive experts. You will work under the guidance of the art
director and collaborate with colleagues to create user-friendly designs for automotive technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop designs from initial concepts through to final, polished deliverables.
- Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and colleagues across teams.
- Clearly explain and justify your design decisions.
- Produce pixel-perfect designs ready for implementation.
- Help build and refine the design system.
- Assist with design research when required.
- Guide and support junior designers in their growth.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in UX design.
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A genuine passion for design and its impact.
- Awareness of trends in design and technology.
- Ability to explain design choices, follow guidelines, and develop new ones.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Skill in expanding on others’ ideas collaboratively.
- A portfolio featuring real-world projects.
Should have at least one or two of the following:
- Good experience with 3d graphics
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience in communicating with the stakeholders
- Creation of the design system from scratch
- Experience with branding and graphic design
