Objectives of this role / About the job:
A FINNOMENA UX/UI Designer shapes digital products that make financial services intuitive and engaging. The role focuses on translating complex information into clear, user-friendly interfaces while reinforcing a consistent brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces across FINNOMENA’s websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand problems, define goals, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Ensure complex financial information is communicated in clear and compelling ways.
- Support the development and delivery of design systems and consistent brand identity.
- Define and reinforce brand identity through UI/UX design.
Skills & Experiences:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UI/UX design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools to support ideation, content, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong creative and visual design skills backed by a good portfolio.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of software development processes or infrastructure is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design field
