Supports the development and operation of batch and streaming data pipelines. Responsibilities include data ingestion, ETL/ELT development, cleansing, transformation, validation, data quality checks, pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, reruns, dataset preparation, dashboard maintenance, documentation, Git usage, and code reviews under senior engineer guidance.

Own complex product problems and product areas for an investment and advisory platform, from discovery and strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Shape roadmaps, priorities, and product direction using customer, business, market, data, and operational insights. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders while balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, risk, and operational constraints.

Own product problems and outcomes across an investment and advisory platform, from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Identify opportunities, prioritize roadmaps, make data-informed product decisions, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Operations, Business, and Legal teams. Navigate financial products, regulated environments, customer needs, business goals, operational constraints, and risk while delivering measurable impact.

Manages advertising client accounts by gathering briefs, developing campaigns with internal teams, coordinating media execution, monitoring performance, preparing proposals and costings, managing timelines, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires coordinating planners, creative, production, digital media, and external partners while ensuring campaigns meet client needs, budgets, and performance expectations.

Develop client marketing strategies through market research, competitor analysis, consumer insights, campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance measurement. Collaborate with marketing, creative, account management, and clients to define objectives, KPIs, and actionable plans. Monitor campaign effectiveness, prepare reports, identify improvements, and provide industry and technology insights to strengthen marketing outcomes.

Conduct deep-dive research on global wealthtech players and business models, analyze competitive landscapes, and build strategy decks. Support the team with fast learning, AI-driven research/prompting, and bilingual (Thai/English) written deliverables for a minimum two-month internship.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications, optimize machine learning models, and ensure high-quality performance and reliability of AI features while collaborating with multiple teams and customers.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build AI applications using generative AI frameworks, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction while implementing best practices in AI development.

Lead QA efforts: own test strategy, create and execute automated and manual tests, perform performance (load/stress) testing, mentor QA engineers, collaborate with developers and PMs, report release readiness and risks, and improve monitoring and processes. Experience testing AI-powered features is a plus.
