We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and possess a strong foundation in design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Champion human-centered design thinking across projects and redesign initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Lead all visual design stages from conceptualization to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Align UI/UX designs across a portfolio of products and platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design best practices.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in UX deliverables: User Journey Maps, Personas, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Prototypes, and Usability Testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Illustrator, and other design/prototyping platforms.
- Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Experience working with or building design systems and component libraries.
