Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong skill in able to use Sketch Design software and comfortable in making prototype using Sketch software. This role will involve create UI/UX Design using Sketch and Design Software and comfortable in making prototype using Sketch software.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Research & Analysis] Perform benchmarking, secondary research, and analysis for each design project prior to concept and design stage. Deliver sufficient research report as a base of Design direction.
2. [Concept & Design] Creates User flow based on User Acceptance Criteria, and design User Experience Concept with User Interface concept, to solve problems in the project. Design solution solves problem from research / analysis, which adhere to Design fundamental principles, Law of psychology and technical standards in software development of Human Interaction. Deliver beautiful UI Design of many alternatives, with consistency across screens and details of user flow.
3. [Design Validation] Perform self-validation using UI prototype with Usability test method to validate the Design. Testing of Design is part of Design iteration to improve Design deliverables.
4. [Development of design] Manage and oversee development of UI Design with Developer team. Responsibility of UI specifications from asset files, color spec, measurement and implementation on different screens.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field (min. GPA 3.00)
2+ years of experience in UI/UX Designer. - Master degree in Design or related field would be a plus
- This position will be hired under a third-party contract.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Have experience in App and Website design and have released multiple versions to the market.
- Sufficient understanding in fundamentals of Interaction Design
- Adaptive to changes and capable of self-directed learning
- Love to read
- Comfortable with speaking and writing in English. Able to communicate in Korean language is a plus
- Balance tone of communication with awareness of interpersonal skill.
- Able to use Sketch Design software and comfortable in making prototype using Sketch software.
