Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Primary)

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design (Primary)
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing for customers and staff.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UIs for app, web, POS, ERP, and portal.
- Optimize customer journeys (shopping, loyalty redemption) and internal workflows (POS efficiency, ERP usability).
- Create and maintain a scalable design system for consistent branding and usability.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
- Draft clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization by contributing user and design insights.
- Coordinate with engineers throughout the development cycle to clarify requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Partner with QA to ensure product features meet design and functional requirements.
- Assist in launching new features, including rollout planning, staff documentation, and training.
- Track and report on product performance metrics such as conversion, adoption, POS efficiency, and ERP usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design; exposure to product management preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web designs; experience with ERP, POS, or internal tools a plus.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, plus prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with PRDs, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Customers enjoy a seamless, engaging experience across app, web, and POS.
- Staff use ERP and portal tools that are efficient, intuitive, and supportive of their daily tasks.
- New features are well-documented, smoothly coordinated with engineers, and successfully launched.
- The product team benefits from your design-driven insights and contributions to PRDs, prioritization, and feature execution.
