Job Description :
- Analyse the data and requirements from stockholder.
- Making the user flow to clarify the journey in the system with the team.
- Collect the key points of the user flow in each screen.
- Evaluate the pain point in the existing flow.
- Discuss and confirm expectations with technical team and the shareholder.
- Checking the technical environment limitation to achieve best approach for system usability.
- Research and provide best suited solution as per client needs and environment .
- Adhere to style standards/best practices on fonts, colors, and images.
- Creating multiple ideas for design screens and reviewing it with the stockholder and product manager.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Practising user experience design including defining information architecture, creating user flows and making sure the best usability practices for your product.
- Working closely with product and development teams on the UX design vision.
- Taking responsibility for translating product requirements into imaginative user focused design concepts.
- Understand the risks related to the banking system associated with Bank stakeholders.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to UI Developers.
- Understanding the user Behaviour, defining and validating problems, questioning assumptions, and hypotheses, and brainstorming innovative solutions.
