BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a talented Senior UX UI Designer with expertise in Analytical Power BI Dashboard Design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights and data visualization to our clients.
You will work closely with our product managers, data analysts, and developers to understand user requirements and business goals. Leveraging your expertise in user research, information architecture, and visual design, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that optimize the user experience and data visualization in Power BI dashboards.
As a Senior UX UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end design process, from conducting user interviews and usability testing to iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs in the Power BI environment.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in Analytical Power BI Dashboard Design, strong knowledge of data visualization best practices, and the ability to simplify complex data into visually compelling graphs and charts. They are highly proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and have a solid understanding of UX UI design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX UI Designer with expertise in Analytical Power BI Dashboard Design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Power BI dashboards
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Power BI and proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is a plus
