UI/ UX Designer

We're looking for a UX/UI designer who can take a problem from first discovery to final delivery, shaping how people navigate and experience our product. Your mission will be to own real problem statements and turn complex challenges into  wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes that translate into elegant, user-first experiences, while building and maintaining a consistent design system across product lines.

If you're fluent in Figma, have a solid instinct for layout, typography, and hierarchy, and know how to use AI tools to keep your workflow fast and efficient — you're already halfway there. Add in a detail-oriented, curious mindset and the ability to clearly communicate your design decisions, and you'll fit right into our fast-paced, collaborative team.

• Bridge business goals and user needs through mood boards, experience flows , screen layouts, and design simulations.
  

• Take ownership of design challenges  from discovery through delivery, shaping how people navigate and experience the product.
  

• Use user insight to influence key decisions, ensuring what gets built meets the bar for quality, usability, and brand alignment.
  

• Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and developers throughout the build cycle.
  

• Communicate your thinking clearly, respond quickly to feedback, and keep pace with fast-moving timelines.
  

• Build and maintain reusable components, style guidelines, and interaction patterns that keep the system consistent across product lines.
  

• Create visually compelling assets and emails to support marketing campaigns and launches.
  

• Stay curious — explore new tools, methods, and industry trends to keep evolving your crafts.
  

• A polished portfolio that showcases your design process, wireframes, and user flows. 
  

• Skilled in wireframing, interaction, and visual design — proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping), with familiarity in Framer, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
  

• Good command of core design principles — layout, color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.  
  

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, & for smooth design workflows.
  

• An eye for detail, paired with a passion for solving real-world problems through design. 
  

• Communicates clearly, both in writing and speech, to articulate design rationale and lead UX conversations.

• Hands-on experience with motion design and crafting micro-interactions that enhance user experience.
