Create, shoot, storyboard, and publish engaging video content across social platforms. Own Quicko’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, scripting and storyboarding videos and threads, writing platform-specific copy, analyzing performance KPIs, monitoring trends and algorithm changes, coordinating with creative teams and subject matter experts, and appearing on camera for video content.

Design user-first fintech experiences from discovery through delivery, creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, screen layouts, and design systems. Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and developers; incorporate user insights; communicate design rationale; and maintain consistent components, guidelines, and interaction patterns. Create visual assets and emails for marketing campaigns, explore AI-assisted workflows, and potentially develop motion design and micro-interactions.

Own full-stack features from responsive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end APIs. Provides client-focused support on Indian direct and indirect tax matters, including answering tax queries, guiding e-filing and documentation, supporting audit readiness, monitoring tax law changes, and creating compliance education materials. The role emphasizes accurate communication, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and managing multiple client requests under deadlines.

Designs and maintains secure AWS infrastructure, monitors system health, resolves production issues, embeds security checks into the SDLC, runs security awareness initiatives, manages ISO 27001 and vendor risk workflows, and automates deployments through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
