We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has excellent visual design skills, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences.
This role requires someone who is passionate about modern design trends, design systems, AI-powered design tools, and understands front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure responsive and mobile-first designs across multiple screen sizes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Produce pixel-perfect designs with exceptional attention to spacing, typography, color, and interaction details.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay current with modern UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging AI-powered design technologies.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web and mobile product design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 to facilitate developer collaboration.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and design constraints is a plus.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, enterprise applications, or consumer-facing products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect interfaces.
