UX/UI Designer - Product Design
What you will do
In this role, you will be part of the UX/UI product design team to help them to deliver new
product design, modify the exis8ng product’s design or improve product experience as
required.
The UX/UI design team will provide general guidance and design principals to draw and execute
the designs.
How you will do it
• Execute on the product you design from the Scratch to the final design.
• Present and communicate your designs to the team and the greater organiza8on to build
consensus around your concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups.
• Test, learn and iterate on everything you do.
• Closely work with designers and product management
• Par8cipate in project planning, effort es8ma8on.
• Collaborate with cross-func8onal teams to analyse, design new features
• Follow agile development process.
• Review and provide feedback to the engineering team.
What we look for
• A designer with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience.
• Formal educa@on in design is preferred and given priority, but it is not mandatory.
• Working experience in Web, Mobile app design and Responsive design.
• Clear thinkers who are not afraid of challenging design norms & industry benchmarks.

• Strong communica8on, interpersonal, problem solving and presenta8on skills
• A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, careful aTen8on to detail, as
well as the ability to grasp mul8ple product requirements.
• Passionate about user behaviour and analyses to make data-driven decisions.
• Highly proficient in design and prototyping using “FIGMA”.
• Ability to clearly and effec8vely communicate design processes, ideas, and solu8ons to
all the stakeholders involved.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-func8onal teams for idea8on & execu8on of product &
features.
• Excellent organiza8onal, collabora8on, and communica8on skills.
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to take ownership and work on project 8melines
• Self-mo8vated takes nitra8ve to resolve issues
