We are seeking a contract UI/UX Designer to support the Global Product and UI/UX team on two priority initiatives: Lead‑to‑Cash and the Client Portal. This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), three‑month contract engagement, with the option to extend for an additional three months based on project needs and performance.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role that adds design capacity to active product initiatives. The role will focus on execution, collaboration, and iterative improvement, working with the UI/UX Lead and closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Focus Areas
Lead-to-Cash
- Support the design of internal workflows spanning lead management, opportunity tracking, engagement setup, and downstream processes, improving usability, clarity, and efficiency for internal users.
Client Portal
- Contribute to client-facing portal experiences, supporting usability, consistency, and trust across tools used for collaboration, insight sharing, and engagement management.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Support
- Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with established direction
- Apply existing design system components to ensure consistency
- Support usability testing and design iteration
- Prepare design assets and documentation for development handoff
User Research Support
- Assist with interviews, surveys, usability testing, and design reviews
- Document findings and translate insights into incremental improvements
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the UI/UX Leads in Agile or Kanban workflows
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and design critiques
Iteration & Quality Improvement
- Support post-launch evaluation and refinement
- Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional UX/UI or digital product design experience
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Experience contributing to digital products in Agile environments
- Demonstrated experience using and applying design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design execution
Nice to Have Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS platforms or portal-based tools
- Prior experience designing internal solutions aligned to custom workflows
- Consulting or agency background
Contract Role Notes
