Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office in the Faria Lima area. #LI-Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the User Experience: Design and maintain frontend interfaces with a focus on usability, maintainability, consistency, and performance.
- Platform Utilities: Develop utilities and tools to standardize code quality and enhance development velocity across the organization.
- Component Library Development: Build and enhance our component library to align with our design system, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
- Feature Implementation: Work closely with stakeholders to implement features that address customer pain points and improve the user experience.
- Testing and Analytics: Ensure comprehensive test coverage using tools like @testing-library and Cypress. Integrate analytics to monitor and evaluate customer impact.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Proficiency with TanStack Query, @testing-library, and Cypress.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and modern web development best practices.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a global, distributed team.
