Serves as the technical and consultative partner to Account Executives during enterprise fintech sales. Leads discovery, maps customer workflows, designs tailored solutions, delivers customized product demonstrations, evaluates integrations and data flows, scopes implementation requirements, and communicates customer needs to product and engineering teams. The role focuses on financial systems, ERP workflows, SaaS solution selling, enterprise clients, and complex deal cycles.

Acquire and grow mid-market and enterprise clients in Brazil through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing, consistently exceed quotas, manage executive pipelines, and build relationships with CFOs, partners, and business owners. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, product, engineering, and regional managers to improve conversion, platform offerings, and revenue growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients across Brazil. Drive cross-sell, upsell, retention, product adoption, and financial product expansion while serving as the primary contact for C-level stakeholders. Present Jeeves solutions, track account performance and risks, coordinate credit and customer success escalations, support collections, conduct business reviews, and report performance to regional leadership.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services for payments, cards, spend management, and compliance. Develop production-quality services and APIs, optimize databases, integrate AI and third-party APIs, and implement secure event-driven architectures. Own features from design through deployment and monitoring, contribute to reliability and CI/CD improvements, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, compliance, and data teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services for payments, cards, spend management, and compliance. Develop APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and database solutions using Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript. Integrate LLM capabilities safely into production systems, improve observability and CI/CD, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, compliance, and data teams.

Support recruiting across international markets by sourcing candidates, maintaining the Lever ATS, conducting outreach, coordinating interviews across time zones, tracking funnel metrics, improving candidate experience, refining job posts, supporting employer branding, and assisting People Team projects. Supports treasury and financial operations across multiple countries by monitoring cash and liquidity, maintaining cash flow and funding models, analyzing variances, managing payment reconciliations, automating reporting, supporting compliance and controls, and improving operational processes. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, banks, and payment providers in a fast-paced cross-border environment.

Leads Jeeves’ strategic finance and planning function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, unit economics, segment reporting, and budget-versus-actuals analysis. Owns the consolidated operating model, board and investor materials, finance systems roadmap, and performance reporting. Partners with leadership, Data, Capital Markets, Financial Operations, and Risk to integrate credit, liquidity, growth, and returns planning across a global fintech and stablecoin business.

Own end-to-end AI workflows, designing and operating agentic and LLM-based systems in production. Build reliable pipelines with structured outputs, validation, fallbacks, evaluations, observability, and audit trails. Integrate AI services with backend systems while managing cost, latency, data isolation, and regulated-finance requirements. Establish engineering patterns, review system designs, and mentor teams on effective use of coding agents and AI tools.

Build production integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP, accounting, payment, and treasury systems. Map financial data, configure multi-entity and multi-currency workflows, design stablecoin and traditional payment flows, debug integrations, and lead strategic customer implementations through go-live. Partner with finance, engineering, compliance, sales, and product teams while providing technical guidance, documenting reusable patterns, and supporting customer expansion across Latin America.

Build production integrations between Jeeves and enterprise ERPs, accounting systems, and internal platforms. Map financial data, configure multi-entity and multi-currency payment workflows, support stablecoin and traditional payment rails, and address regional e-invoicing requirements. Own technical onboarding for strategic customers from scoping through go-live, lead workshops, debug issues, document implementation patterns, and provide post-launch technical support. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Risk teams to improve the platform and accelerate implementations.

Own end-to-end AI workflows for finance processes, including invoice extraction, transaction matching, policy checks, approvals, ERP posting, and monitoring. Build production-grade LLM, agentic, and RAG systems with reliable APIs, evaluation frameworks, observability, audit trails, and human review. Collaborate directly with customers, finance teams, Product, and Backend Engineering while establishing AI engineering standards and tooling.

Own finance-focused AI workflows from definition through production and continuous improvement. Build agentic and LLM systems, RAG pipelines, integrations, evaluation frameworks, observability, confidence scoring, and audit trails for regulated financial workflows. Collaborate with product, backend engineering, customers, and finance teams while setting AI engineering standards and mentoring peers.

Build and ship production integrations between Jeeves and customer ERP, accounting, payment, and treasury systems. Map data models, debug end-to-end issues, configure multi-entity and multi-currency workflows, design stablecoin and traditional payment flows, and support local e-invoicing requirements. Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts through go-live, lead customer workshops, document implementation plans, and provide post-launch technical support. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance to improve integrations and customer outcomes.

Own finance-focused AI workflows end to end, from scoping and system design through production deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Build reliable LLM, agentic, and RAG systems with structured outputs, retrieval, tool use, human review, observability, auditability, and backend integrations. Collaborate with customers, finance teams, Product, and Engineering while establishing AI engineering standards and mentoring peers.
